Entertainment Coordinator

Minimum availability of 40 hours per week.
Location: Los Angeles, California

Position Summary:
Sales - To process enquiries which come to the company from clients wishing to hire entertainment for their events, the aim being to help the client locate the ideal entertainment from our roster of artists, liaise between client and artist to obtain and negotiate quotes, and convert the enquiry into a confirmed booking. Each client assigned to you remains your client. You will have a monthly sales target which must be maintained. We get paid, and you earn commission, by collecting a booking deposit when each booking is confirmed.
Customer Service - To offer help and advice to clients so that they can make the right decision when booking entertainment, and to offer continued customer support once a booking has been made.
Administration - To create, distribute, file and organize your own emails, letters, contracts, invoices and receipts.
Client Relationship Development - Because each client assigned to you remains your client, it will be your responsibility to develop a good relationship with them in order to ensure a return customer base, as well as recommendations.

Qualifications:Must have good PC and sales skills, motivated by targets. Excellent inter-personal, communication and customer service skills. Excellent telephone manner and diction. Good general knowledge of music. A self motivated, well organized person, who works with care and precision. Must be educated to degree level or else have relevant experience.
